    HR CV Help/Advice

    Hello

I currently work in retail management and looking to move in to HR, I'm currently doing a foundation qualification with the CIPD which is the professional body for HR and learning and development.
There is a secondment opportunity in our HR operations department for an advisor level and I really want it.
The paygrade is the same as mine so I know its a level that I should be able to cross over into, ie not punching above my weight.
I need an opinion on my cv and wondering if anyone can help? My biggest concern is the experience side, I have an additional role (unpaid as such) which means I support other managers with HR type things, and often am involved with disciplinaries, appeals and grievances.
I'm trying to match my cv with the job role but wondering if it ticks the right boxes.

so any help/guidance from you all most welcome.

My mum is a HR manager and has been for a fair old while. I can't help but i could forward to her, what you'd want on (taking out personal details) and see what she would suggest?
