    Re: hiya! :)

Didn't find it as hard as I thought for a number of reasons :-

    1) In my thirties and therefore a lot more confident than i was 15/20 years ago
    2) Discussed everything to death before he joined
    3) Kids are old enough to be good company
    4) Lived in the same house for the last 10 years with BRILLIANT neighbours
    5) Fantastic understanding boss

Loads more things that helped me but I think the main thing was attitude. Be positive and treat it all as a new challenge and an adventure. Hubby loves the new independant person I have now become!
Do you think we'll ever manage to be in the same country for our wedding anniversary!!

ah so thats not too bad then, i suppose thats right where were you were both a lot older, then me and my bf, -
wasnt you anxious about anything when he went in?

i suppose where you are settled in your life, children, house and a good job i suppose it was a lot more easier for you then. how did the children cope with it?

    Crap job but good boss

Kids were fine mainly because we were honest with them right from when he joined. Don't patronise them and treat them with a bit of respect and it's amazing what they can adapt to and overcome.

Good luck with the next few weeks!

Didn't take many posts to get round to boozing did it?
Few more posts and it'll be battery operated, or in some cases three phase mains operated, things supplied by Anne Summers.
Give it a while and they'll want to know the ins and outs of a cats arse 'ole.

    Hello by the way.
Well, maybe I am a deluded fool!!!
