    Designatory letters

    Can anyone out there enlighten me as to where in QR's or DCI's it states that only Warrant Officers or above can use Designatory letters gained with professional qualifications e.g MRIPH (Member of the Royal Istitute of Pubic Health) or Cert Ed ?
    This has ben claimed by a serving Officer to a relative.
