my boyfriend is in Germany and im in the Uk but we have now made the jump and im looking for all the info i can get on how things work if you are looking to move to Germany.
I have been to god nows how many sites on the net looking for info on work, houses etc but it seems no one cananswer any of the questions you want to know......and its a bit scary selling up and moving to a new contry with not a clue what you are doing.
So PLEASE if anyone has any info let me know, my boyfriend is in Osnabruck at the moment but will be moving this month to Dempsey brks in sennelager so i need info on sennelager as i have not yet been there myself.

    Hoping someone can help...Please...Please!!!!!!

Hiya and welcome to the board

I've been in your shoes last year, and am really glad I found this place for advice and info. If you go to the Germany forum and search in there and also in a few other areas, you'll find loads of relevant advice and links to helpful sites.

So have a mooch around, see what you can find and then open that bottle of vino, sit back, relax an chat away Feel free to ask any questions!

    Hiya Sand, welcome to RP

Sennelager/Paderborn is probably one of the most Anglisised garrison towns in Germany. Plenty to do, and plenty of opportunity to travel around. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

The real advice I would give you is this: Learn to speak German, and don't be blind to German ways and German food etc. It is a great place to be!
