Acht cheers hen! xx Been a looooong time since I was in Scotland...but hey ho, I'm still Scottish.

Recently lost my surname though (careless of me .. tut tut) and it's getting very strange getting used to the new one. Any hints or tips of reminding me that when someone says "Mrs" now, that they're talking to me?

I'm too young, immature and stupid to be a Mrs. I'd like to be a Near Miss?

    Hi Dippy,

congratulations on your recent state of hitchedness! change of name does take a while to get used to. Signing forms in your new name..hmm took me by surprise as I rather bizarely hadn't been practicing before I wed.

It'll be 6 months for me on monday....and we haven't throttled each other!!...we're doing well!!

    Re: Evening!

Forms aren't a problem - it's not listening to someone if they call the house asking for "Mrs Dippy"...and I think I chose the right screen name...

    Re: Evening!

Thanks for the congrats - it took a while for his nibs to get around to proposing (and I always knew I'd say yes) We had such a brilliant time but not saying it was "the best day of my life" as I know there are many, many more to come -it was well wicked though! - and a fab honeymoon Trying to settle into the whole Mr and Mrs thing which is entertaining.

We have a MQ (as I see the acronym is :P ) but we're moving in about 6 months to -- answers on a postcard after January, I think it is --- and looking forward to ransacking the site members for advice on what to do when we move and the entitlements etc. as have no idea...

However, I'm looking forward to a glass of the old vino colapso this evening...or perhaps a long drink of something?

Hm. Now that idea's in my head I must pop down to the offie and see what they have in stock.
