    Hello

    Hi,

Just thought I'd introduce myself. My boyfriend is a medic based at Catterick. He's not long come back form his first tour and I'm pretty please we managed to survive it. I can find it a struggle being seperated (even when he's not on tour we're at opposite ends of the country).

I'd like to get to know some more people in the same situation who understands.

    hi
i commuted with my boyfriend - we did it for around 2.5 years (n i and england) and have just moved into a house etc this week adn getting married next year. found it dif at times - but seems the norm - i just made sure i was in contact with him through phonecalls, mails and cards etc. paid off in the end - just communicate - i always made i was busy with mates, the gym etc - i think that made the time go in quicker.
hope all goes well with u!
    xx

    Hello and welcome!
you will find many people in the same situation! and if you read what has been posted will see that it can still work even when you live in different areas, my parents have done it for 25+ years and I am also doing it as well!
