Welcome to RP Wifey, I left the Army in 1992 and settled in Germany, still live there when not doin month on/month off in Algeria. As the others have said take full advantage of your time in Paderborn - I was never stationed there but did visit a few times.
Six weeks in the sunshine of West Africa, well someone has to be here................

Hello - OH was in Paderborn for two postings, I really liked it when I went out there to see him. Great town, and lots to do nearby as well. Also the airport nearby means it is easy to get back to UK if you want/need to.

Im looking forward to Paderborn , especially since a few people have told me how nice it is there.
All i need to now is sell my house so that me and kids can get over with hubby . He is going over in April and i hope during the summer hols to be able to join him.

Thank you every one for the welcome, ive certainly missed the army community whilst living in our own house, in what is considered 'normal 'living
