Thread: New TA girlfriend

Hi Everyone

I just thought I would introduce myself. My name Julie and I'm a teacher in East Yorkshire. I have boyfriend whom is TA.

This is his first weekend away from me and I dont know how you ladies do it - I'm lost after 2 days with out him. I really admire how you keep going whilst your OH's are away from home.

thank you for the welcomes. I have been having a good look around the site and really am pleased I found this tonight.

My OH has his annual two week camp coming up soon - have got to say I'm not looking forward to that at all. But hey its what he wants and thats fine by me. I've no doubt the kids at school will keep me occupied.

Is there a specific part of the forum for TA gf's or is it all mixed.

It's all mixed, just join in everywhere.

Don't worry about 2 weeks at all, huh. They'll fly by! OH does 3 week exercises, and now I feel that those were hardly anything compared to the 11 weeks I've done and 8 to go!

All i can say is, it will get easier as you get used to it. Mr Bossy is barely at home because of the army ( mind you, that can be a bonus :lol: )

thank you all for your comments and welcomes. I feel abit awful really considering how long some of you have not seen your partners. Lol I would'nt mind but I'm not a kid - I'm actually 41, but I never thought I'd feel this way about anyone again - although I wont be telling him that until the time is right.

My old fella is gonna hit 50 this year and still behaves like a love sick moon calf, but I kinda like it

My OH is in the RAF so I know how you feel we see each other most weekends though so we appreciate our time together more rather than being in each others pockets and although we dont want to live apart forever it suits us just fine at the moment, dont get me wrong miss him loads but you need to keep your own independance too x PM me if you ever fancy a chat! x Boogie
