Thread: my boyfriend is off to catterick

hi everyone im stacey and had to say goodbye to my partner yesterday as he headed off to catterick for his phase 1 training as an infantry man . Although im very sad and worried about him im also a very very proud gf!!!! We have 2 daughters together and feel a bit hopeless on my own lol JUst wandered if there is anyone out there who feels the same xx

Hey Stacey and welcome to RP Let me remind you that you got lucky in being born a female of the species and so you are of course not hopeless but a confident and capable, proud Mrs and mum :wink: of course for those times of self doubt there are always us RP's and vodka to fall back on :lol: Just keep in mind the down/troubled times may seem to hit hard from time to time but they will pass! The moan thread on here is great to use and the majority of us are happy to be PM'd in those times of need. Take care

Thanx i think ill be moaning alot ha ha, he phones me everynight so thats nice,it all just feels so overwhelming and this will be the longest time we have ever spent apart in the last 10 years lol xx

hi stacey n i'm a newbie to this as well n my fellas already at catterick n hes been there for 8 weeks now so i know how ya feeling. It has been hard as we've got a 4 1/2 month old daughter but dont worry you do learn to cope and get on with things. If ya wanna chat, you know where i am n keep ya chin up chick xx
