I realised over the weekend just how much weight I have put on over the last year and its not good :cry: I only have one pair of jeans that fit and they started life as my maternity jeans so that gives you an idea to the gravity of the situation I am facing :lol:
So anyhow, I was wondering if any RP members would like to get a fitness thread started to keep ourselves motivated? Quite frankly, I don't even know where to begin - do we have any fitness fanatics or fitness instructors who would be willing to pass on any tips?
So anyhow, this morning, I grabbed my old fitness kit (was it OK to wear it with Spanx control pants? :lol: :lol: ) and after dropping off the youngest, I went power walking for an hour. So far so good ...............
