gonzo, that must be muscle you are putting on and not weight! how are your clothes fitting? if they are looser, that's what counts.
if you are not eating more and you are working out more, you WILL loose it. it doesn't happen over night unfortunately. also, it's like a moving goal post as well. once you loose a little, and see the results, you probably will want to loose another little bit. or maybe that's just me...never happy!!

the pace can be quite quick but once you have been shown the steps its quite easy to follow. I would really recommend giving it a try x
