We seem to have attracted a persistent spammer, mainly in the Finance forum, so please don't respond to them. All moderators have access to Finance, so one of us will be along relatively quickly to kill any such threads (though we're not all online all of the time), but we'll keep this thread as a 'clean up in aisle 3' alert in case we miss any.

I believe you! It makes sense to have one like ARRSE does. In case anyone is concerned, no forum is without a moderator - those that say "None" have all of us as mods, so someone will see it and clear it before too long.

This has revealed a bug in the software which effectively stops me banning people by IP addresses. I'll try and solve it later and get rid of this weasel.

Thanks Schuh. Luckily (so far) our spam-levels are much smaller than those on Arrse and RR

What a pain these people are...I still want to glue their fingers together so that they can't use a keyboard/mouse :twisted:
