Ours is grade one. Basically its new build (6yrs old) 10 min walk from camp, 2 mins from village centre (even though it has very little in it) house itself, lots of plug sockets, big rooms, downstairs loo, en suite on master bedroom and tons of storage space. All fairly luxurious compared to a lot I guess but I'm still not fussed about giving it up and when we return i'll probably ask for one of the other 2 patches where grade ones are non-existent so it goes to show that the grade isn't worth worrying about too much.

Also Mrs America on our offer of a quarter form it says 'house' at the top of it so somewhere yours should say house or flat.
