Write him a letter (just get his service number first if you haven't already) and tell him how proud you are of him, how you are there for him and you know he can get through the tough days by focussing on the good days he has and how it will feel to make it through to the end and that it's normal to have bad days and that you love him.
My OH tells me getting old fashioned letters is the biggest morale boost he can have, because he can read them when ever he wants to.
Once he's through training, that's the time when you can tell him how at times it was hard, but that you love him enough to get through it and I'm sure he will be so proud of how you coped.
It isn't all give (well it's not with my OH) there are times, even during this deployment, that he's known it's been a tough time for me (family issues and plenty of them) and he's been there to listen or to offer support by mail/phone, like any relationship, there are times that one is stronger than the other, just with forces, well there is distance as well which is why communication is the key to any relationship, but way more crucial to one with the forces.
You have us for support, family and hopefully friends, and remember - crying is theraputic, I've been known to put on a sad film to give me valid reason in case someone calls!
