The ring is the palest sapphire and surrounded by beautiful diamonds - i've never seen anything so sparkly!! I keep looking at it instead of working ha ha! I can't believe he did it all by himself. I couldn't have picked a nicer ring.
He told me Saturday night we were going out for a meal with his sister and her OH and they would pick us up. He said wear something nice as we were going somewhere quite nice.
His sister picked us up and took us to a lovely place called the Hardwick in Abergavenny and just kicked us out of the car and said she'd pick us up later.... I still didn't think anything strange was going on I assumed there was a problem with the babysitter!!
We had a lovely meal and he was so cool and calm - he gave nothing away.
Once they had cleared the table after the main course there was suddenly 3 waitresses round the table - one with a bottle of champagne, one with some glasses and one with a little tiny box. Next think I know he's on one knee telling me how much he loves me and will i do him the greatest honour and marry him!
I thought he was joking! It was just so unexpected as he'd said he'd ask in his own time and it wouldn't be until the new year
I'm so smiley my face could split!

Mr B has picked the date - 31.12.2013 he would have liked 31.12.2012 but someone beat him to it at the venue he wanted. He's like bridezilla with all the booking and planning he's already done!!

I think you've got it right! let him do the work and you can have a nice stress free wedding day. Maybe he should apply for Don't Tell The Bride!
