SO no electricity until Thursday - ****'s sake. Which means no internet either. Always happens first week back - the Polish dream is well and truly over.

Would be nice to still have the option to apply for SFA using the paper form rather than online. OH really struggling to find the time to do it and it needs to be done before he goes on paternity leave next Friday for us to stand a chance of being able to move this summer.

Soaked on the school run, got an hour to dry out then off to get soaked again on the swimming lesson run. Why oh why can I not motivate myself to learn to drive??? (not that that would do me any good today, mr tree has the car anyway)

You know that feeling when the OH calls you at work at 4.30 pm to 'ask' if it's OK if a bunch of people stay over tonight and can you knock up dinner for 6 by 7.30 pm? And the house is a pig sty. And you've no food in. And you drank the last bottle of wine in desperation on Tuesday? And you've got to be back in work at sparrow's fart tomorrow morning? THAT!!
