Many thanks Beebs. I was a wife and suppose I am now an significant other as I am now going through divorce. Rear Party kept me sane (or rather gave me a healthy dose of insanity) when he was mobilised, and although no longer an army wife still feel very connected to the army and have lots of friends in the army. So I drop into Rear Party to update myself on what is going on, add my 'apence worth every so often, and help heal some of my emotional wounds.

So many thanks guys for being there and being part of this really really great website. We would not have stayed married so long if not for you lot!!!! Cheers!

What a lovely post, and that poem was so nice it made me feel a little flutter or awww-ness.

I found this site on google when my partner told me he wanted to join the forces, i actually found it in june but i guess on here you can ask question and know you will get the right answer, read what you want to hear and feel alot better.

Also have a random chat and a few laughs at peoples posts.
I feel that on here i can say alot of fears that i wouldnt usually go on about here at home, and feel understood. As most people can understand from experience what you are on about.

This is such a good site, god knows what the poor wifeys and family did when there wasnt the internet?
