Please bear in mind PERSEC* and OPSEC* when posting to this Forum. We all want to know how your son or daughter (or grandchild/cousin/best friend's sister's neighbour's kid...) is doing. What we don't want is his/her name, rank, service number, unit etc. Please also bear this in mind when posting photos. Especially if your favourite soldier is deployed, about to be deployed or has recently been deployed.

Ask yourself a question. "Would what I post possibly do him/her harm, get him/her in trouble or let someone trace him/her?"

Be under no illusion. As a serving soldier myself, and the parent of a soldier in training I will ruthlessly cull any post which I believe breaches security.

The usual rules about racism/sexism etc will be firmly enforced.

Apart from that, have fun boasting, but please - no bitching!
