Thread: No FS2 in edinburgh?

We're posted to Edinburgh in Aug and my daughter who is 4 the same month was due to start FS2 in Germany in September at the local school. However, i've now found out that is doesn't exist in Scotland and she will have to stay in a nursery for another year! I'm absolutely gutted as it means another year of forking our nursery fees (minus the generous 2.5 hours a day from the government) as I will be working and I'm really worried that she will be left behind those of the same age as her when we return to England. Has anyone else had any experience of this and how did they fare when returning to England. Does anyone know of any really good nurseries in .the West of Edinburgh.
