    Welshy,

It depends where you will be accommodated.

Edinburgh itself is a fantastic city, millions to do with a gigantic public transport system.

If I had to choose between Edinburgh and Glasgow for a night out, it would be Embra every time!

Watch it! Have you ever been to Glasgow? One of the best things about Edin/Glas is that it's dead easy to get between the two, even late at night (good old ScotRail, how I miss you) so you can go to a gig in one city and still get back to the other the same night. The shopping in Glasgow is much better as well.

Get yourself to Fife as well, there are some lovely places there (St Andrews, Anstruther, Pittenweem etc). Have a look at www.visitscotland.com for ideas for stuff to do.

    I'm homesick now
I know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok. They know me here.

Growing up you think Scotland a big massive country, when in reality you can drive all over in a day!

Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee Fort William, it's all the same, you'll find you'll love and hate loads about each town, city or village you go to.

But DO go to them all, they're certainly worth the visit!

Just gor our address for our MQ in Edinburgh & pretty impressed. We've been given one of the PFI's on Dreghorn Drive & when we looked on Google Street Maps they look really nice.
