getting the OH an iPod touch for his bday (which he's missing as on exercise but as is..). it's his 25th and he's going on first tour in september. i was thinking about getting an engraving on the back of the iPod but don't really know what to get.
something cutesy and he might be too embarrassed to get it out in public, and something boring seems a bit pointless.
maybe simple is best, just 'love you xx' or something..
or should i just leave it, if nothing is springing to mind then it might just end up a bit generic/cheesy?

any suggestions?

Maybe not an engraving but instead get a personalised cover?

I got my OH iPod engraved. Its says something along the lines of 'christmas 2009, love always xx' not much but there's always a meaning behind what you put. He thought it was sweet

hi, we(me & our son's) gave my hubby a iPod years ago for fathers day -we had it engraved,very simple,with love & our names & he's very sentimental about it (& he's a big strapping bloke). it's precious to him, i'd say keep it simple & go for it.

thanks for the inputs guys, something simple but personal to us sounds like the right idea.. now just gotta cross fingers it arrives before he gets back from down south.
