I use a product from Avene called Diacneal. It is a retinaldehyde and glycolic acid product that has anti-aging properties and helps with blemishes as well. I have been using it for 4 months and my skin has never looked better.

My skin is uber sensitive with pores that block at everything and a dry Tzone that flakes. yeah it's pretty horrible. So to counter it:
Simple range moisturising cleanser twice a day, morning and night. in the morning, moisturise with the Simple light hydrating moisturiser all over the face, neck, chest and shoulders. In the evening, E-45 the face. keeps me flake free and non-spotty.
EVERYone should moisturise. Start a daily routine at 20. You will not notice the difference until you are over 40, but at that point, for the women who didn't it's already too late.

I don't use moisturiser and I'm way past 40.
