    The Great ARRSE Cake Walk

For those of you who don't generally frequent the 'dark side' have a butcher's HERE

Basically a popular ARRSEr is in Selly Oak following an episode where he came out worst after a tango with an IED, and to cheer him up 2 ARRSE shaped cakes are being made and transported, like an olympic torch, by users of the website...one to Selly Oak and one to Headley Court, as a mark of support and respect to the recipient(s)

If you'd like to join in, add the first part of your postcode to this thread with any comments or ideas!! Saves you registering on ARRSE if you don't want to.

Re: The Great ARRSE Cake Walk

Whatshisface (that weird bloke I happened to marry) worked out straight away who Dingerr is so I'd like to put us down, but (and I may have missed a post here, so feel free to call me a mong)...any ideas when this will be happening, roughly? Just that I'm up the duff and due to move at some point (I can't be more specific, they've told us b*gger all).

Anyway, for now, postcode is (oooh I feel like I'm outing myself here  )

    CB10

Those who recognise the postcode above, I could perhaps try and get a few more people from here on board, but depends if we are still living here or not when this goes ahead.

Fecking hell, being pregnant makes my brain hurt, I'm sorry if this post makes no sense! ops:

Just looked on ARRSE and seen that this is happening on (or around) 12th June. Afraid I'm going to have to pull out as I will be unavailable from 12th June pretty much until 23rd July

That is such a lovely idea, didn't realise it was happening. Dingerr is my uncle, we're very close. Scary as my hubby was out there at the time too. He's a great guy, and so so lucky to be alive.

Thanks bigbird, if its the weekend of 12/13 June I won't be able to make it, its my 1st wedding anniversary and we're off to London for the weekend to see Bon Jovi - as much as I love Dingerr I'm not missing Jon Bon Jovi for anyone - mmmmmmmmm!!!
I can do during the week anytime, I'm not working at the mo, staying at home with the 2 kids.
