Im getting married in less than 2 weeks!

I got a lovely letter from my OH today from 'over there' telling me how much he loves me and can't wait to get home and spend the rest of his life with me....ahhhhhhh
And its only a month now till his r+r! :love4:

Going back to the YUK for TWO WEEKS. Can't wait to see family, pregnant friends, normal friends, and lots of other stuff too.

Finally the end is in sight for a project that has been dragging me down for months.

Huge gushing sense of relief is descending.

There aren't many people in life that scare me but the baldy one upstairs does. It makes me happy that she has been gone for a week and i hope and pray that i have another week without her.

I will now post on the 'unhappy' thread that it doesnt matter where in the world she is, her kid will still be getting tortured/shouted at/screamed at/doors banged behind her to the point of distressed wails 24 hours a day.

I am happy because of my pyjama day.

I am happy because it's payday this week.

I am happy my boss is back at work(yes, really).

HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE 40 euro cocktails, and NO hangover! Hoorah!

Just listed (after 2 years) some things on Ebay that have been taking up space. Hee hee hee. FINALLY that fecking scooter might be leaving the house!

came back home after a few days away from the OH, to find the house clean and tidy, beds made, lawn mowed and dinner sorted. yay! my nagging pays off sometimes!

4 whole days this weekend!!! The longest time we've spent in the same house together since we got married

DH on R&R in a week. Crack that wine open, get the pool up, dye hair, shave legs...... oh shit, only a week, bye peeps!!!!!!!!!!!!

hubby has just gone to get kfc, I love take away in the summer Yum!!

Just booked tickets for me and my best friend to go to the Jane Austen festival in september (and I'm only slightly embarassed to admit it!!) AND She's back on friday from a year in Africa and I can't wait to have her back!

kids are playing NICELY, old man watching telly, huge pile of strawberries and cream ready in the fridge, red sky, all is right with my world

I just had the best week with a visit from my daughter. We laughed so hard, we ended up snotty nosed and teary, we ate, drank, shopped and planned the ultimate revenge on her soon-to-be-ex husband, found a chocolate shop to die for and scooped the best cocktail dress ever made.

I am so proud of her, she has completed the first phase of a very long training course and is now the proud owner of a set of jump wings (she is now officially a five jump chump) despite all the drama from her soon to be ex while she was on course.

My house is my own again, the contractors are done and I am loving the quiet in the mornings now. AAAHHHH, peace and quiet.

I even bought myself a new laptop (but my keyboard is a bit wonky with the settings that use French accents on the vowels - can not find how to turn it off - yet - so no contractions or apostrophes)
