Finally seeing some good results on my second physio session at my local hospital. First time didn't seem so good as the girl seemed to be my age (early 20's) but turns out this week she got my muscles to move and I feel so much better for it! and also found out that her fella is also a marine based in Taunton so we have things in common lol (not living in MQ's) x
It's Friday tomorrow and he's home for the weekend. By 'eck this has been a long old week.

I am my own biggest critic when it comes to my behaviour so i usually do know if i'm being fair or a cow but it was still nice to hear that others considered my behaviour in a potentially difficult situation more than acceptable

having lost half a stone this week, I've sat and had a couple of bottles of wine and lovely girlty chats with my little sis and her fiance. A little drunk, but thats ok.
Well on the way to losing a stone by my 30th birthday. woo hoo!!
