I've noticed it's a tad dull and fluffy in here, and I'm sure there is a lot more you want to get off your chests than you admit to.
Feel free to vent on me.
I've been on the "Scurrilous Website" for 10 years, the Army for 24 and a bit years, I drink, smoke, bite my nails and use men as if they are teddy bears.

So, I'll start the venting. Why is everyone so NICE on here these days?! I don't believe you're all this fluffy in real life. Nobody is that reasonable and considerate all the time, it's not natural.

Well I vented on the not safe for fb thread but maybe you can give your view on a situation I'm currently in and I feel the need to vent again! I'll try to make to brief although it is a long story.
My OH is currently away in the sand pit, he works in a 7 man team and 5 of them have partners.
Me and 3 of the other wives and gfs have become really good mates since the boys left although we are spread across the country and we are always there for each other when its difficult and speak everyday. Then there is the other girl.
Despite the boys telling us not to have anything to do with her (they have good reason for this), we befriended her and supported her. And she has been a cow ever since.
There are only 2 of the girls living on the patch and she is one of them and she has made the other girls life hell with horrible texts and telling one of the boys bosses that she is being left out and generally tryin to make the other girl look bad.
We arranged a girly weekend to give us something to look forward to while the boys were away and invited her but she kicked off that she hadnt been involved in the planning of the dates we chose, but as she rarely spoke to us it would have been difficult. After weeks of i'm coming/no i'm not she finally decided not to come.
She didnt turn up to brize for r&r when we all had another meet up and now we have arranged to see one of the girls next month after she has had her baby she has kicked off again as we didnt invite her this time (I arranged it and as she has taken herself off fb I have no way to contact her anyway). She has never met the girl that is pregnant and has previously said it was unfair that the father got to come home for the birth as she wanted her husband home just as much, which didnt go down well with anyone.
My OH is her husbands best friend and godfather to their child but she didnt even say thank you for the present I sent for the child at Christmas.
It feels like being back at school sometimes!!

I have to add that she has previously said if she splits with her husband, she can use the child to hurt him, Little bitch.
I havent met anyone who likes her, even her own husband, who she cheated on with another squaddie when her OH was away on a training course.
And went round saying my OH had tried it on with her, which even her husband didnt believe. My OH cant stand her.

Well I’m well and truly fucked off at the moment!! After spending 7 months waiting for the other half to come home, after all the lovey dovy shit he said and sent he went and dumped me!! I do love this man very much but also very angry!! Any advice on my next move? Will be seeing him next week as friends…..oh and by the way he dumped me by text!!

I went on the WORST date in history that went like this;
Got a train from reading to guildford, turns out there is a gas leak and all trains to woking cancelled, so ended up getting a cab (with a lovely couple who were fab to chat to and the highlight of my night). Then when I arrived, the guy had aged majorly! I'm not shallow on looks but the guy put up pics of him 10yrs ago, he was rude, demanding and pretty boring tbh. He was supposed to come to wokingham, as agreed but made up an excuse of losing his bank card today, so I offered to go to woking to meet him. He met me at the trainstation, not so bad but walking to a pub, we just so happened to have walked past his, which he then said he couldn't be a*rsed to go to the pub and took me into his. Not a problem but he assumed that i wanted to sleep with him, BIG no no. He didn't take the hint and went into his bedroom and continued to get into bed and turn his tv on and then said to me 'suck my c*ck', again i refused, wanted to leave but he'd locked the door. so i texted a mate to give me a 'fake emergency call', 5 mins later i was out and lit pegged it to the train station lol
