The mystery Bride to Be of the Naval guy is probably my friend. She's been with a Navy doctor for a year or two and has basically been planning the wedding since the day they met (without his knowledge of course). They're not engaged and I don't think he has any intuition of being. Anyway he's done a "tour" of Afghan now. 6 weeks in Bastion. She cried down the phone at me every day saying there's no communication lines in bastion so he can't call or email while he's there at all. I went along with it to give the poor guy a break from her.
