Thread: What annoying questions are you regularly asked?

When finding out that I have a hearing impairment so lip read a lot:

"Do you know what I am saying now?" mouthed in a stupid space disaster movie slow motion way where the mouth is distorted and I only know what they are saying cos every idiot who has ever found out about the lip-reading does it!

It's actually really bloody offensive. I'm deaf - not stupid.
