Reminds me of the time when I was sitting in a history class at school, girl next to me was fiddling with her recently pierced belly button...which was obviously infected as she managed to squirt pus from it everywhere. ukeleft: Nice.

God, that reminds me of my piercing ops:

I had a piercing in between my boobs (Sternum) - that got infected and the same thing happened.

Safe to say that piercing isn't there now.

I remember being stood in a shop behind a teenage boy whose neck was glowing with boils - my mouth was watering! How I managed to stop myself grabbing him and squeezing I'll never know 8O

Tact is for people who aren't witty enough to be sarcastic.

Haha! My OH has bright ginger hair, if me and him ever end up having kids I know they're going to be ginger. Sadly enough I WANT them to be ginger.

Anyone can have a ginger baby - I am fair haired my ex husband was dark haired - our little girl was red haired.

Little old ladies stop us in the street to tell me how beautiful her hair is - I dont think there is such a stigma attached to red hair as there was when I was at school.

    Thank God!

Nephew is a red head. Sister has had many a crass comment made about the colour of his hair.... many from the serving Army members from the barracks... shame as the lad isn't even two yet and is gorgeous... with the Red Hair... (And his mum and dad are both brunette.....)

Agree BecRaw... sister gets quite upset by it and went through a phase of making sure he wore a hat all the time - until we pointed out that he suits his hair... creamy skin and big blue eyes....

    Cheeky buggers!

Mind you I have had many a comment from others ''where does she get the red hair from''

Standard answer - oh I slept with the window cleaner - usually shuts them up!

One of my brothers is a bright ginger, while my other brothers and i were blonde! My dad said if the milkman wasn't bald he would be suspicious!
However it is unfair to stigmatise a child or anyone for their hair colour. Saying that, i once had a friend who was bright ginger but wore jam jar glasses and 2 hearing aids ( seriously) she's dead now., she actually went barking mad, ended up in the sin bin then died. She was 36 i'm absolutely sure it had nothing to do with her ginger hair....either her madness or her death!!

Had a horrific scare while pregnant with Kitty.....

Saw her Dad under the light with a beard and spotted 8O GWARS 8O .....

I beat him until he confessed he'd known before he impregnanted me that there was gwarism in his family.

    Barsteward!

Under certain light Kitty has a tinge of the ginger to her, bless her, but like you becs, I'll love her anyway.

    Chin up!
