    What is your scent?

Well the festive season is upon us and perfume is pretty much a given for any Christmas present.

Mine is Paul Smith Floral, for special occasions,

& I wear joop, thrill for everyday perfume!

What are you hoping for under the tree this year?

Not sure what to get the OH this year as he doesn't really use it much!

I always wear a special parfum. It's called Eeew de Pip. It can't be bottled though, but many people have smelt it and vomited.

Hmm, 4 main ones are Organza by Givenchy, Jean Paul Gaultier Classique, Chanel No 5 or Dior J'adore, depends on how I am feeling as to which I wear, although J'adore tends to be more summer only perfume.

I think I'm just undecided as to what I like to wear.... but I don't remember when a scent was last purchased for me as I've travelled a lot for work, so every time I passed the duty free, in any direction... there'd be another bottle purchased.

Trying to persuade Mr SP that perfume really isn't a boring present and I really, really want some. My standby is Joop Femme (the one in the dark blue box) but I like Ghost and Armani Code as well. I suit the musky ones.

I love light blue by dolce and gabana. It's light and not overpowering at all. It's a great day/work perfume.

My everyday perfume is Samsara by Guerlain, and special occasions used by be Opium by YSL, but lately I've taken to wearing Joy by Jean Patou for special events (of which I have a microscopic little bottle that can barely be seen with the naked eye). I'd love to switch to wearing Joy 24/7, but my chances of finding it under the tree? *collapses in a fit of helpless laughter*

My day to day one is Dior Addict and my special occassion one is Armani Code.
Missing someone isn't about how long it has been since you've seen them or the amount of time since you've talked. It's about the very moment when you find yourself doing something & wishing they were right there by your side

Hmmm, my perfume drawer goes in the following order:

What I used to wear 20 years ago, and OH hasn't realised or can never remember that I got fed up with it.

What my mother used to wear, and when she died my father gave it all to me and I haven't the heart to say, it's not what I wear.

What my son's buy me at Xmas and birthdays, most of which I've never heard of until they do, but generally I like it.

So with all the above in mind:

Everyday: Channel No 5, Allure, Opium, Poison,

A bit special: Ultraviolet, Miss Dior, Diamonds,

What I'm trying to use up to get rid of cos I don't like it: Horrid light flowery stuff that OH brought me back from Canada .... (don't anyone let on though, I wouldn't want to hurt his feelings).
Chaos, panic, disorder, my work here is done!

My parents buy me ghost a lot- although I hate wearing it as my ex who was a nurse said all the old ladies would wear it on the ward and when it smelt off you knew they were going to go- ruined that one for me! so I have bottles of the stuff!

I wear DKNY delicious when I remember in the day failing that its sure deoderant because well im a bit lazy and not girlie enough for perfume but I just checked with a mate at work and I don't smell so thats ok.

special occasions I like sweet darling (kylie!) its not as cheesy as it sounds- the OH likes it and asked his parents to get me some but they got darling which is a lot more musky and doesn't really suit me!

My other fave is armani diamonds but thats almost finished now I am planning to use up all my odds and ends then treat myself to one summer one winter perfume a year.
All the cool kids have a signature but I have nothing witty or profound to say.
