    Wrinkles and Crinkles

I think I have found my first set of wrinkles. I say think because I don't think that they were there before but no one has look right up close in my face for the past month but either way, I think that they should go.

So for the new lines that I have acquired underneath my eyes, can anyone recommend a fabulous beauty product to ease the process?? I don't use any anti-aging stuff at the moment but have just started using a midnight concentrate to help with general looking fresh in the morning, but am thinking that maybe the time has come for all over age protection? I use Kiehls stuff at the moment which works really good with my skin but just don't know where to start with the line-reducing stuff and with some products costing a fortune, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you

Don't they say that all that actually works is moisturizer and plenty of fluids? Not the best help I know.

Other than that I heard that microdermabrasion works really well . It removes dead skins cells and helps you make more collagen and I've heard this is why young people's skin is smoother than older peoples. I know you can get cheap microdermabrasion groupon vouchers online. I think normally it cost like £30 instead of the normal £200. I've been thinking about trying it out.

But besides that you shouldn't worry too much about it, they're laughter lines! & are proof you haven't spent your existence being a miserable so and so!

The anti-aging battle starts a bloody sight earlier than when you find your first wrinkle! You're dooooooooooooooomed!

A good moisturiser from your early teens and plenty of water, good diet and some sort of exercise is the best defence. I'm pretty certain that all the anti-wrinkle creams just temporarily puff up the wrinkles so they don't look quite so bad; stop using them and you'll end up looking like a mangled crisp packet again.

With all the sleepless nights I'm having, Liz Earle has come to my aid with this gem:

Smoothing Line Serum™ – Eye treatments

Really nice stuff and you don't need much of it.

I'm usually one for just slapping on a good moisturiser, but this stuff works for those mornings I look knackered

When I was working shifts I thought I'd started getting wrinkles turns out sleeping better (ie not working shifts) and drinking plenty of water has made them disappear again. I still haven't got any kind of a routine to avoid the little sods coming back so am planning to go for the eat lots and fill the skin up plan.

Get yourself down to TK Max girl. I've said it before and I'll say it again, they're all the same so you might as well buy whatever's available on the cheap. (**this excludes Prevage which rocks but costs more than I could make selling my left kidney**)
