    There's a quote somewhere that goes along the lines of 'Depression is not a sign of weakness, but a sign that you've coped for too long', someone may be able to correct me on that.

    Sorry to hear things are a bit crap.

    I had a period about a year ago when things were really heavy in my life and I dealt with everything systematically as I do. I noticed a change in my mood about 6 months ago and couldnt quite put my finger on what was getting to me until i realised that I wasnt exercising as much as I would normally have been doing pre-pregnancy. Them damn endorphins have a lot to answer for. Exercise also gave my mind some time to think about things that needs sorted and I just wasnt getting that time.

    Im not talking running a 10k, Just a brisk walk in the park.

    Hope your GP is helpful, good luck with it all
