Wishing you all the best TLC, take a deep breath and I hope you find something to give you a light at the end of the tunnel x
Nothing more to add other than an effing massive hug for you. You will get through this xx
I know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok. They know me here.
There's a quote somewhere that goes along the lines of 'Depression is not a sign of weakness, but a sign that you've coped for too long', someone may be able to correct me on that.
I hope all goes well for you at the Dr's. Love & Hugs x x
Awwww TLC, sounds like you have been strong for a long time.
I can't add anything to this thread really as my situation was stress brought on by my exh.

I'm a bit late but just wanted to join everyone else in wishing you luck at the doctors - big hugs xx
Sorry to hear things are a bit crap.
I had a period about a year ago when things were really heavy in my life and I dealt with everything systematically as I do. I noticed a change in my mood about 6 months ago and couldnt quite put my finger on what was getting to me until i realised that I wasnt exercising as much as I would normally have been doing pre-pregnancy. Them damn endorphins have a lot to answer for. Exercise also gave my mind some time to think about things that needs sorted and I just wasnt getting that time.
Im not talking running a 10k, Just a brisk walk in the park.
Hope your GP is helpful, good luck with it all
