    Wobbly jubblies

While we're on the subject of gyms and running and whatnot, does anyone with ahem more than a handful have any recommendations on sports bras. I'm a FF and really having issues getting one that actually feels like its supporting me.

I always wear a bra under my sports bra, it helps loads, but i wear Nike, nothing with zips ect, more of crop top type, I think mines called shock absorber (how funny) and a size smaller than I am, keeps them firmly down and i let a big sigh of relief when i take it off!!

I use the shock absorber brand, come in different levels of control, the runners one definitely helped keep mine where they are meant to be, but I'm only a D now... (they were bigger before I started running...)

I've found a few on Bravissimo that are shock absorber and come in the right size. Pains me to pay £30 but will be worth it if it helps me lose the 400 stone i feel like i need to!

I used them too but they don't seem to do the styles they had 5yrs ago, which were great

I've got a Nike one already but the problem is it's measured in clothes size meaning i need a 12 which is too small for my boobs but if i get a 14 its too big at the back. I'm an awkward shape i think.

Hahah my sports bra is from when I was 14 I refuse to get rid of it, because it's an old faithy It's now grey and was white, but never been able to find one thats good enough! Mine where E's before i ran, now a nice round D! It used to cut me in half when they where E's but now they fit in ok! I find the pull over ones better, if that helps!

400 stone!!! there was me thinking i was dying trying to lose just 1!!!

I use either Shock Absorbers or Lonsdale ones - although the Lonsdale only ever comes out when I'm wearing a sports top with built in support as I don't think they give me enough otherwise. I have absolutely no idea what size I really am but have recently been measured as variously an F, E, or D (in an equally varied range of band sizes).
Heaven wont have me, hell is scared I'll take over. Time for the pub!

On the move this weekend. Not sure yet where I'm going or when I'll get there.....hope theres enough vodka in the car.

I'm a 32 FF. The only Sports Bra I like is the Shock Absorber Max Sports Bra Top.

It has the best support of any I've come accross and doesn't give you funny pointy boobs like the Origional Shock Absorber. You can get one at bravissimo or figleaves.

Additionally I tend to wear 2 fairly tight fitting vest tops over it - but that is also for help holding in other wobbly bits!!! (and so keep me warm - I'm somewhat nesh)
So far today I've done alright. I haven't gossiped, I haven't lost my temper, I haven't been greedy, grumpy or very indulgent. But in a few minutes, I'm going to get out of bed, and from then on, I'm going to need a lot more help.

Hey all, I've just read about a new one in one of my running mags. It's by Panache and I think you can get it on figleaves. Allegedly reduces bounce by 83% and only starts at a D cup so is designed all special for us. It seems to have some really good reviews.

Come on Ladies, you know the rules. If you are discussing your sports bras, these discussions must be accompanied by photographs - to enhance the post you are making of course.
If I make a statement, but a women does not hear it, am I still wrong?

This site LessBounce Sports Bras - the sports bra specialist, sportswear, maternity bras, supportive swimwear, briefs and more is a good one and the running bra I use (used to wear one for night shifts as well) are their No 1 best seller, I went up a size with this and its brilliant, although the colour option seemed to hold its shape better than the black/white one.

I may not have huge wobblers, but...

I got a really good sports bra at M&S! Front fastening zip and a hook & Eyelet, wide enough straps to be comfy and stops me wobbling all over the place on the treadmill. It's better than a couple I tried from sports shops.
