Hey Fluffy - I'm the same, up and down yoyo diets, comfort eater, etc. Even when I was in the RAF. I don't eat loads, I don't pig out, I eat the wrong things and I know it. After I had my 2nd child I was about 5 stone overweight (not just all my pregnancy though, was about 2 stone over when I fell pregnant with her!)
Now I've got just 20lbs to lose and am doing it with the help of lighter life lite. It means no carbs at all, no fruit (which I'm finding really hard) but it seems to be working and by Christmas I will be the weight I want to be. Not only does it help you lose weight but you go to counselling once a week and help you with your food issues.
Hubby has warned me though that he doesn't want me to lose my curves!
