Hi Nicolee and welcome to The Mad House more formally known as RP. I am sure some of the Ladies who live, or have lived, in Fally will be along soon but in the meantime have you checked out PatchPedia?

Hey and welcome! I'm another one who is happy to help and answer any questions you may have. I went over as a girlfriend, we never married (thankfully! Not with him now lol) and I got a job quite easily over there on camp. Are you going to get married? x

    Hey,

Well when I went there was a job centre place on camp called the GLSU (I think), opposite the Med Centre, again, I think! My memories are staring to fade lol. Coz you're married you'll have plenty of jobs to chose from, but coz I wasn't I could only work in the naafi. I'm sure the GLSU has a website with a list of jobs on it, or maybe someone's already linked it in here.

Sorry I can't be more specific! Maybe someone else can?

Have you had any update yet?

If you want to ask anything else just ask away x

bfgnet - The Official Internet Site of the British Forces in Germany

You need to apply via the GLSU but all the details are on this link, along with information on other area's of the HIVE website.

    Hi all,

Just hoping someone can help me out. I am hoping to move to Fally to be with my boyfriend who is stationed here & I was looking into jobs etc. We are planning to get married but were hoping to live together before we made the big step. As far as I could gather I could only work for the NAAFI if I am not a dependant, whilst researching jobs here I found that unless I am a UK resident 5 years or hold a British passport I cannot work for them(I am Irish). Its quite disheartening
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
