You must have a name of someone you can contact? His boss, a friend of his, a husband-of living on your patch or Welfare Officer? The HIVE isn't really the best place to get allowances information from, but they might be able to give you a contact number.

I'd ask Welfare Office rather than Hive.

Joanne, ask your OH to ask his UPO, that's how we sorted out my trip. But lots of people do it so it's not a big issue, just keep the receipts. Your OH enters it all into JPA.
