    Army pensions - info needed!

    Hi all,

I'm just looking for a bit of advice and to pick people's brains as google is being a bit useless! My dad passed away last year and his partner is raising their 2 baby boys on her own now. she's struggling financially but isn't currently receiving any of my dad's army pension (he got out about 15 years ago after doing his 22 years).

My questions really are as follows:

    a) is she entitled to any of his army pension even if they weren't married (they were living together)

    b) if yes to the above, who do we need to contact to get this sorted out for her?

    c) are there any hardship funds available, as she is still struggling to pay off the funeral and none of us can really offer any help financially

hopefully someone will be able to point me in the right direction, thanks in advance! xx

I'd also recommend approaching the Royal British Legion
