Thread: Very soon but im engaged :)

Hello,
Sorry its been a while but i thought i would let you know that im engaged... for anyone that has read my previous post will know we have only been together 3 months but it just feels so right.

So many people have passed comments and judged me especially friends but i love him with all my heart and i cant wait to spend the rest of my life with him.

We arent planning on getting married for 2 years but in the meantime im loving being his fiance

Congratulations, and as Chantal says, when he's the right guy you just know. As for your friends passing judgment... sometimes civvies just don't get the pace of Army life, and in your case it seems that pace includes your engagement! Best of luck for the next two years - at least you have plenty of time to plan (and cancel thanks to Army timings, and subsequently re-plan) your wedding day

Congrats :-) I also got engaged after 3 months and we planned to marry 5 years later, but it unfortunately didn't work out but I think that was due to my age at the time (17). We did have a great relationship for 3.5 years after we got engaged though :-)
