Charlie Five I am hoping you will see this as my FB is a no-go at the moment (it keeps binning me). Do you know of a good washing machine engineer in Dhk?

Hey Gonzo. Ummmmm, I'm afraid I don't, that's the kind of thing I'd ask my gaffer to have a look at once I'd whacked it with a hammer or something! Washing machine available here if you get really stuck.

Thanks hun. I will ask welfare tomorrow and if they have no idea might need to start scouting for a cheap washing machine here (on Erme's board)

Cheap and cheerful is the way forward here for two reasons really, the water is so hard everything gets clogged up with limescale (as no doubt you've noticed!) and there are that many power spikes/surges that anything that is remotely clever and modern is liable to go bang! I'lll let you know if I hear of anyone getting rid of a washer.

Thanks chick. It does appear the leak is very minor and I had a call off of hubby yesterday saying he is home this week so hopefully I can get him to look. Keep an ear out just in case though hun x
