Discuss Carbonara recipe? in Cookery on Rear Party; I'm making this at the request of Mr. K tonight, as he had a lush carbonara at a restaurant on RnR and now fancies it again... I usually just make my own version with bacon ...

    Carbonara recipe?

    I'm making this at the request of Mr. K tonight, as he had a lush carbonara at a restaurant on RnR and now fancies it again...

    I usually just make my own version with bacon and a cheesy-ish sauce, but wanted to try and do it "properly" for him...

    Any quick, easy recipes you could share?

    I use a foolproof one from Good Food magazine. Will pop on the laptop in a bit and see if I can find it for you. Works every time and is gorgeous.
