    As long as that!

I am glad I am not the only one that need normal adult conversation in life!

I think the other thing about going back to work is that I actually enjoy it. I also like having some financial independence, even if it isn't real!

Oh no, you're not the only one! I love my job and couldn't wait to go back. Also, Little dude is an only child so he needed the socialising with other kids, and the attention and teaching that I just couldn't give him...

Having no clue about "Mums and Baby" groups I cheerfully pitched up to my first last week, walked inside, paused, thought fuck me I'd rather deal with a poonami than engage in conversation with anyone here, turned mumbled something about wrong place (the baby in the car seat might have given me away) and fled. Noooo thanks.

Mind you, l am used to the dogs for company and LS whilst not exactly an improvement in the conversation stakes, she entertains me in other ways namely how the hell does more come out than went in.

We have a rule in this house and it's child talk for 30 mins then that's it and it applies to everyone not just Mr GS and I. Oh and if there is any stealth boasting about how "gifted" your child is..... you're fined a bottle of wine.
