A Brief History.
Scotty’s Little Soldiers is dedicated to supporting the children of men and women killed while serving with the British Armed Forces.

Inspired by the experience of army widow, Nichola Scott, the charity honours husband Corporal Lee ‘Scotty’ Scott’s memory – both as a loyal soldier and a loving father – and provides a practical yet personal way for the public at large to show their appreciation for those brave individuals who make the ultimate sacrifice in the service of their country.

Funds for the charity are raised through events, donations, merchandising and corporate sponsorships. Children will receive letters, cards, gifts, tickets for events and even fees for local sports or activities. In the long term, we’re aiming to buy a holiday home, so that families can take short breaks and enjoy building new, happy memories.

TO PROVIDE RELIEF FROM THE EFFECTS OF BEREAVEMENT TO YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO AND INCLUDING THE AGE OF 18 WHO HAVE SUFFERED THE LOSS OF A PARENT KILLED WHILST SERVING WITH THE ARMED FORCES OF THE CROWN.



The charity provides treats, trips and activities for families of the fallen with the aim of offering a respite – however brief - from the daily ups and downs of coping without a loved one.Products:How can you help?
In the run up to the Scotty’s Little Soldiers launch party we will be posting lots more information about how you get involved. Over the next few weeks we will be adding a website, details of how to donate, sponsorship forms, fundraising events, SLS merchandise, direct contact details and much much more.

For those of you who have already undertaken fundraising events or would like to donate now we can accept cheques made payable to

and sent to
PO BOX 76, TIDWORTH, SP9 9AB.

I work at Help for heroes and first heard of SLS after their meeting with Mark, and have to agree at what a wonderful idea this is and wish them the best of luck with it.
