    Glee-ful?

    I want opinions of Glee.

It's noton Dutch TV yet so I haven't seen any of it but 90% of my contacts on facebook keep going on about it. I am a self-confessed show-tune/musical enthusiast as well so want to know if I'd like it too ans whether to get the DVDs?

    Re: Glee-ful?

Personally I'm not a fan of it all (not really really keen on musicals) however 99% of my friends love it, and I've heard a LOT about it.

If you like that sort of thing it will be right up you alley

It's pure, unadulterated, saccharine-sweet, chewing-gum for the brain. I love it!

How can you be so vehemenetly against something you haven't seen?

Anyway, what can I say? All the singers are utterly amazing esp Leah Michelle and Amber Riley (Rachel and Mercedes).

Sue Sylvester is one of my all time favorite baddies. Not since Ari gold in Entourage have I heard such excellently delivered put-downs and one liners.

As Legs said it's sugar sweet, and at times a little bit nutty, but awesome at the same time.

    Re: Glee-ful?

I've never watched it and up until yesterday was curious about the hype.

Because yesterday I heard that the "disabled" character is played by an able-bodied actor. That would never happen in the UK these days.

OMG....I love Glee...whats not to like??? It's cleverly written with some fab one liners.

Sue, Will, Emma, Qinn, Finn, Rachel, Kurt et all are all my new best friends and how can you not love a lad who can dance in his wheelchair!

    Re: Glee-ful?

Watching Glee on TV is like having a w#nk at work. You only do it if you're absolutely sure no-one else is around and you never admit to having done it.

    Glee is THE BEST!!

I swore I would never watch it as I am not usually one for musicals until one day, I watched an episode half way through (not realising what it was) and I have been hooked ever since!

Watch it, you wont regret it
