Energy levels need a right kick up the hooter!
Right ladies (and gents)
I'm heading towards week 28, bump has now become my nemesis and I refuse to let it win the tiredness battle!!
Total diet overhaul and with the lack of meats (except fish), wheat and dairy, I am seriously lagging more than ever in the afternoons. I would nap but with mini me about, it's not an option
I've tried having a banana when I start getting tired, which works for all of 20 odd mins, is there any other avenue I can try for an energy boost?Could crop circles be the work of a cereal killer?

Listening with interest because at week 15 I'm struggling with energy levels too! Lucozade seems to do the trick for a few hours mid-morning. And I doubt 0530 alarms and a 120 mile drive for a commute doesn't help either.

Jo I know this sounds stupid and I have never been preggers BUT when I feel tired I normally brush my teeth or have a smint. It always seems to make me feel a bit more awake.
All the cool kids have a signature but I have nothing witty or profound to say.

Mr H always quotes from his Sandbags days when he's knackered 'a shave is worth 8 hours sleep'. Got anything you can de-fluff Jo?!
