Well its now week three of me starting my boxing / kick boxing. I never did my session on saturday as my daughter had football in the Youth Games. Now i know what i was feeling every day before i started my pt again. I feel like a slob! Cant wait till i get back to kettlebells tomorrow.
I havent been weighing myself but i have noticed that some of my trousers are hanging a little looser than previously. I noticed that my torso is toning up and now i can punch the instructor across the floor
On a great note tigercub won the youth games with her football team. They won 7 out of the 8 games and drew the last one.
So proud of her
