It's been a month to yesterday now since I have actually seen OH in the flesh and be able to touch him - and the days seem to go past quickly... I still miss him more than ever...but a routine has kicked in a little....
This however does not stop me counting things in various different ways...how many weeks has he been gone, how many weeks left, how many days left, percentage of tour left, weekends left in Warsaw, weekends to do in the UK because of school holidays....Too many numbers!!! (let's see how many of you can work out what the numerical title of thr blog means!)

Two weeks to now I will be on a plane to the UK for half term...it is going to feel very odd going to the UK without going to see him...I mean I have to fly up to the north and not just get off the plane at LHR! Only another 18 months or so of this living abroad lark - I can't wait for all the savings I will make on flights! (I don't live in the easiest place to get to!)

Life ticks on here though - parents evenings, exams for year groups, staff meetings, oh and a little bit of teaching in between. While I'm counting down for his return my Year 11 and 13's are counting down to roughly the same dates for their exams. We all have stickers on my wall chart in my office now!! Visual reminders!

I have now at least got into a sleep pattern (thanks to a stuffed toy and remnants of his aftershave!)...he has however seemed to have picked up my insomnia!! (In exchange I seem to have picked up his caffeine habit!)...and they have now opened a coffee franchise across the road from my apartment (along the lines of starbucks)...thankfully it doesn't open before I go to work or my caffeine intake would increase all the more!

so 15 weeks to go...who's counting?!?!?!
