How long to do anything? Searches due back early next week according to EA, and the mortgage company have still not arranged a valuation. This is taking forever, and I very much doubt I needed to worry about it completing when I am moving, more like Christmas time. Ridiculous.

Whilst I still have no valid excuse for why the purchasers have taken so long to do a full application with the bank they have finally done so, and today sent off ID and payment on account to their solicitor. Now all I have to do is sit and wait. Well, actually clean clean and clean. Pack, move, unpack, and then book in cocktails with Dizzy and Shopping with Heli. Excited, me? VERY!!!!!!!!!
Spoke to the EA today. He has left a message for the purchasers because they are yet to put some money on account with their solicitor, and they are going to see the mortgage advisor today. Feeling very stressed now. Why is anything to do with houses always stressful?
