after 5 weeks of living in the library, very little sleep, sandwiches for every meal and non-stop coffee I am freeeeeee. had my last exam today, half my degree done! 1 year to go till i enter the real world... currently googling 'how to make mojitos' AND i just discovered that nandos do a military discount (know where we're going for dins when OH gets back from wales..) today gets better and better. bring on summer... off down south to visit my dad tomorrow ...
Ok ladies keep your fingers crossed. The house has a second viewing with a FTB on Wednesday morning. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssseeeeeeeeeee let them offer something acceptable. I am going to lose the will to live if this carries on!
Well, 2 days ago the advert went on RM. It looks far better than the one that was done by the letting agent. Two more viewings yesterday, and will get feedback tomorrow so I am guessing that there was no offer. Must remember to be patient.
Got an email from the agent. The sun is shining (In UK, must be wrong) so they are going to take some photo's today, and the advert will be on RM tomorrow. Excited? Me? No, never.
Well so far feedback has been good. The agent has another viewing on Saturday, and they are now going to email me on a Monday with feedback for the week. Stops me getting too overexcited. House has now been completely cleaned, and certain areas redecorated as required. Agent is going to go and get pictures done on Wednesday so that they can upload the images and write-up later in the week. Am I getting nervous again? Yes probably but hey ho.
