They have already said that they are happy to offer they just need this that and the third thing for them to produce it. They know we are on a tight schedule. Well the last 12 days have been a LOT calmer but I can now report the sale has now completed and I can stop ranting at you all. Just waiting for the money to hit my account and I can go out and buy my Audi R8 ... I wish. Put it towards the new property really

Flaming solicitor. Sods law it is mine that is holding up the exchange now. Gave him a right royal roasting Friday, so the purchasers solicitor should have everything they need Tuesday morning, and we should be able to exchange this week. Good thing too, because I have offered on a house and it has been accepted Might be moving in before Christmas because it is vacant. I hope so, will be soooooooooo pleased to get away from here
