Searches are now back with the purchasers solicitor. She is going to look at the file and the searches and see if there are any queries that have not been answered by my solicitor already. Survey is still not booked yet, but the purchasers have been chased up to get it sorted because Mr Gonzo and I are going to view a house on 11/08. Impatient, me? Never!

    4 bedroom detached house for sale in Spalding, PE11

    It is near his family (well 20 minutes away). The size of the garden is selling it to me. Normally I like older houses but that is a reasonable size, and is within our affordability. Knowing my luck it will be sold before we get to view it, or our sale will fall through. Just keeping my fingers firmly crossed that things proceed ok.
